BIOCOAT EP is the product of PEACE Japan, in the shape of white milk liquid, Biocoat provides excellent antimicrobial and odor-removal/proof effect to textile and leather at very low dosage. The active content includes extraction leach from corn, interfacial activator agent, and acrylic acid resin. Biocoat bounds fixedly to the fiber, thus providing an excellent ability of running repeated washing.
Textile treated with Biocoat effectively resists/kills the bacterial, fungi, mildew and eliminates the stench odor caused by microorganism. It won¡¯t affect quality of textile like color and softness, strongly bounded to the fiber of fabric.
BIOCOAT can be applied to fabric by padding, spraying or painting at a dosage of 0.7-0.8£¥
Odor-removal/proof:
Biocoat modifies the structure of stench odor molecule and causes it decomposes, ignoring the acidity or alkalescence, thus eliminates the odor. Meanwhile, Biocoat prevents the producing of stench by strongly inhibits the growth of microorganism.
Antimicrobial:
Biocoat kills microbe by destroying its enzyme in the cell membrane and inhibits the growth. With positive electric charge, Biocoat breaks the microbe¡¯s membrane of negative electric charge.

Non-flammable water-based dilution
